Using your Weak Hand

Jin Shin Jyutsu
Jin Shin Jyutu is an ancient Oriental art of making life energy compatible within the body. It uses the gentle touch on the energy points of the body to restore energy balance. Some hands-on art exercises can stimulate the meridian in your hands and balance energy and emotions.
This technique believes that each of the fingers is linked to a different organ and its corresponding emotion and attitude. Hold the finger that is related to the part that you want to fix or the emotion you want to claim (including the brain). Keep it for 3-5 minutes and breathe deeply.
