Mwr Food Service Worker Soc Job Responsibilities

Seeing various items such as grilling/frying pancakes, hamburgers, hotdogs, bacon, eggs, sausages, watching items, cooking, folding as needed, while regulating temperature and removal.

According to the measures and dishes, the weight of the material or the preparation of salad, dessert, juice, fruit tray, etc. is directed.

Prepare toast, salad, salad dressing, and sandwiches.

Prepares vegetables and fruits for service according to trainers and / or recipes.

The place is cooked in steam carts and food trucks to serve dishes.

Clears washes and kitchen appliances and work areas.

Keeps refrigerators, grills, appliances and working areas clean and clean all the time.

For cash liability for MWR funds, there may be a need to collect funds, operate cash registers and prepare daily activity reports (DARs).

Can help in taking monthly inventory.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

The employee will reach 45 pounds at all times, heavy items are in aid. Exposure to extreme temperatures, due to heat by steam and cooking and dishwashing and water-in refrigerator/freezer. The working area is subject to noise. The employee is subject to slight cuts, injuries, and burns.

Must be 18 years of age or older. As a condition of employment, the employee should be able to get a health card before the first day of work. After this, after annual updates and maintenance, a food handle cleanliness course should be able to successfully pass.
